I have seen how middle managers carry immense responsibility \u2014 and how often they are expected to lead without being fully equipped to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My strength lies in <strong>building relationships<\/strong> based on <strong>trust<\/strong>, <strong>openness<\/strong>, and <strong>honest reflection<\/strong>.
